We are opening pre-orders for fermented dough Easter cake according to the recipe of Pastry Chef Antonina Lakhmaniuk.
The vanilla, butter, and zest-flavored dough is complemented by raisins and cranberries soaked in dark rum syrup, candied oranges, and Belgian dark chocolate.
The Easter cake is decorated with marshmallow frosting, a meringue nest, chocolate eggs and feathers, and golden wheat ears.
A special addition to the holiday will be a chocolate egg made of Italian milk chocolate, decorated with pistachios and raspberries. Inside are 5 chocolate eggs filled with condensed milk and hazelnuts, covered in gold leaf.
